枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To explore joint Mosapride dispersible aluminum phosphate gel in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis clinical results. Methods April 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital for treatment of bile reflux gastritis 89 patients, all patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group and the control group were given aluminum phosphate gel treatment, treatment group were based on the joint use of mosapride tablet for treatment, after 3 months of treatment were compared in patients with clinical efficacy. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 86.67%in the control group after treatment, the total effective rate was 68.18%, compared with the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Mosapride tablet combination of aluminum phosphate gel in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis has better clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions, the value used in clinical practice.%目的：探讨枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年4月至2013年5月在我院进行治疗的胆汁反流性胃炎患者89例，将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予磷酸铝凝胶进行治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合使用枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片进行治疗，治疗3个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后的总有效率为86.67%，对照组治疗后的总有效率为68.18%，两组相比具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗胆汁反流性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效，且不良反应少，值的在临床上推广使用。
