目的：对经膀胱镜下尿道会师术后尿道损伤的临床效果进行分析。方法随机选取我院在2012年8月至2013年8月采用经膀胱镜下尿道会师术进行治疗的26例后尿道损伤患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，以探讨其临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗，26例患者均手术成功，其手术成功率达到100%。并且患者的术后导尿管留置时间为14~20d。其中26例患者中，有2例患者出现勃起功能障碍2例，拔管1周后排尿出现困难的患者有2例，行尿道扩张后治愈。结论经膀胱镜下尿道会师术治疗后尿道损伤，可以有效的提高手术成功率，并且其手术创伤小，患者的恢复快，可以对患者生活质量进行一定的提高，值得推广。%Objective The cystoscope postoperative urethral injury urethral realignment clinical results were analyzed.
