经腹腔镜肠粘连松解术43例分析

摘要

Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of laparoscopic lysis of intestinal adhesion lysis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 2007 March to 2012 October, I accepted the clinical data of 43 cases of loose solution by laparoscopic intestinal adhesion. Results Except for 1 patients because of forming again obstruction, two laparoscopic lysis of obstruction, no operation complications in the remaining patients. Conclusion Laparoscopic enterolysis is safe and effective.%　　目的探讨经腹腔镜肠粘连松解术的可行性及疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年3月至2012年10月我科接受经腹腔镜肠粘连松解术43例的临床资料。结果除1例患者因再次形成梗阻行二次腹腔镜辅助下梗阻松解术外，其余患者均无手术并发症。结论经腹腔镜肠粘连松解术安全有效。
