鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的术后处理与临床研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the postoperative treatment methods and clinical efifcacy of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods Patients of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were observed after systematic treatment and compare the results with 60 cases which were not treated systematically after operation in the same surgery. Results The effective rate in treated systemically group after operation is 91.2%and in untreated group is 80.0%, the difference is signiifcantly (P=0.026). Conclusion The standardized and systemic treatment after operation is the important part to improve surgical effect.%　　目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉术后处理的方法与临床疗效。方法通过对慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行系统术后处理的观察，并与未经系统术后处理的同类手术（60例）进行比较。结果发现系统术后处理组的手术有效率为91.2%，未系统术后处理的手术有效率为80.0%，二者经统计学处理有显著性差异（P=0.026）。结论术后规范系统处理是提高手术效果的重要环节。
