卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗难治性产后出血50例临床效果观察

摘要

目的分析卡前列素氨丁三醇对难治性产后出血的治疗效果。方法将我院难治性产后出血患者50例随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗，实验组给予常规治疗联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗，比较效果。结果实验组止血时间快，出血量少，与对照组比较，P ＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论采用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗难治性产后出血的效果好。%　　Objective Analysis carboprost tromethamine intractable postpartum hemorrhage treatment effect.
