目的研究血府逐瘀汤加味对于男性患者慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将我院2010年至2011年收治的48例慢性前列腺炎的患者随机分成实验组与对照组各24例，其中实验组采用血府逐瘀汤加味的方法进行治疗，对照组使用常规西医疗法。治疗后通过症状、前列腺触诊、前列腺液镜检、EPS 与 VB3细菌培养来评价二者疗效。结果实验组患者治愈率及总有效率显著高于对照组，两者差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤在治疗慢性前列腺炎中具有良好的临床疗效，其能够有效抑制细菌繁殖，减轻患者症状，具有一定的临床推广意义。% Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the Xuefuzhuyu decoction for male patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods 48 patients with chronic prostatitis patients admitted to our hospital from 2010 to 2011 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with each got 24 cases. The experimental group using the of Xuefuzhuyu decoction method for treatment and control group using conventional western medicine. After treatment, using symptoms, prostate palpation, prostatic fluid microscopy, EPS and VB3 bacterial culture to evaluate the efficacy of two groups. Results The cure rate of experimental group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclution The Xuefuzhuyu decoction has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic prostatitis, which can effectively inhibit bacterial growth and also reduce symptoms of the patients. So it has a clinical significance.
