口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的效应

摘要

Objective To investigate the oral cavity repair membrane guided bone regeneration in dental implantation effect.Methods the clinical data of guided bone regeneration in 98 patients with dental implant were analyzed retrospectively, and were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, each group of 49 cases. All patients with dental implants are used Xive thread root planting and Bio-Oss bovine bone, two groups were treated by different dental film material, after the comparison of the clinical effects of two groups.Results different dental materials were planted after the repair, the patients in observation group were bone thickness, the success rate, the incidence of adverse reactions and bone thickness were better than the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion the use of heal all oral implant repair membrane guided bone regeneration effect is good, operation success rate is higher, can effectively promote bone and bone development, is worth the clinical promotion.%目的：探讨口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的效果。方法采取回顾性的方法对98例牙种植引导骨再生患者的临床资料进行分析，将其随机分成对照组和观察组，每组49例。所有患者牙种植都采用Xive螺纹根状种植及Bio-Oss小牛骨粉，两组患者分别采用不同口腔修复膜材料，术后对两组的临床效果进行研究对比。结果采取不同口腔修复材料进行种植修复后，观察组患者在植骨厚度、成功率、不良反应发生率及骨厚度等方面均优于对照组，差异存在显著性（P＜0.05）。结论使用海奥口腔修复膜进行牙种植引导骨再生术的效果比较好，手术的成功率较高，可有效的促进骨和植骨的发育，值得临床推广。
