HPLC法测定通宣理肺颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱及盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量

摘要

Objective To establish a assay guality standard for ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride constituents in Tongxuan-lifei keli by HPLC. Methods The sample was separated on a Polar-phenyl(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with methanol-phosphoric acid in gradient elution. the detection wavelength was 210 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride showed good linearity over the tested ranges. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate, and applicable for the quality control of Tongxuan-lifei keli.%目的：建立HPLC法测定通宣理肺颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱及盐酸伪麻黄碱含量。方法色谱柱为极性乙醚连接苯基键合硅胶（250mm×4.6mm，5μm）；检测波长：210nm；流动相为甲醇-0.092%磷酸溶液（含0.04%三乙胺和0.02%二正丁胺）（1∶99）流速：1.0mL/min；柱温30℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱及盐酸伪麻黄碱在相应浓度范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系。结论该方法简便，准确、重现性好，灵敏度高，可用于通宣理肺颗粒的质量控制。
