Objective To investigate the effect of progestational impaired glucose regulation on pregnancy outcome. Methods This research adopt prospective study. We tested fasting blood glucose and blood sugar 2 hours after glucose load for prepare pregnant women of childbearing age. We selected 40 cases of impaired glucose regulation of women as the observation group,and 40 cases of women with normal glucose regulation as the control group. The outcome of pregnant woman and perinatqal infant were compared between the observation group and the control group. Results The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus ,polyhydramnios ,hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, fetal macrosomia, cesarean section rate and neonatal disease in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Progestational impaired glucose regulation are more likely to develop gestational diabetes mellitus during pregnancy. It is negative impact on pregnant women and perinatal infants. In order to reduce complications of maternal and perinatal infant, progestational impaired glucose regulation should be early intervened.%目的：探讨怀孕前糖调节受损对妊娠结局的影响。方法采取前瞻性研究，对准备怀孕的育龄妇女志愿者进行空腹血糖和糖负荷后2 h血糖检测，选取糖调节受损妇女40例（观察组），同时选取40例正常妇女作为对照（对照组），对孕妇及其围生儿结局进行对比研究。结果观察组妊娠期糖尿病、羊水过多、妊娠期高血压疾病、巨大儿、剖宫产率、新生儿疾病的发生率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论怀孕前糖调节受损妇女在妊娠期常发展为妊娠期糖尿病，对孕妇及围生儿有负面影响，为减少母婴并发症的发生，应对怀孕前糖调节受损进行早期干预。
