血红蛋白电泳对妊娠妇女地中海贫血的筛查研究

摘要

目的：分析血红蛋白电泳对妊娠妇女地中海贫血的筛查价值。方法选取我院2011年12月至2013年7月间孕建卡门诊3200例孕妇进行血常规检测及地中海贫血筛查，并对筛查结果显示阳性的病理进行诊断，统计诊断结果。结果本次筛查结果显示，有1例病例为α地中海贫血阳性，有32例病例为β地中海贫血阳性；诊断结果确诊1例为α地中海贫血，β地中海贫血30例。结论血红蛋白电泳能够较准确的对妊娠妇女地中海贫血进行筛查，值得在临床应用上推广。%Objective To analyze the value of hemoglobin electrophoresis in thalassemia screening in pregnant women.Methods In our hospital in 2011 December-2013 year in July the cards of 3200 pregnant women pregnant outpatient routine blood test and thalassemia screening, and diagnosis of screening results showed positive pathological diagnosis results, statistics.Results The results of this screening, 1 cases positive for alpha thalassemia, 32 cases were positive for beta thalassemia; diagnosis conifrmed 1 cases of alpha Mediterranean anemia, thalassemia in 30 cases.Conclusion Hemoglobin electrophoresis can be more accurate screening of pregnant women with thalassemia, worthy of promotion in clinical application.
