目的：探讨对外科Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的干预管理的有效性。方法以2010年全院外科甲状腺、乳腺、腹股沟疝、内固定取出术4种Ⅰ类切口手术全部病历291例为干预前组，以2012年同级别全部手术266例为干预后组，分析干预前后抗菌药物使用情况。结果干预后甲状腺、乳腺、腹股沟疝、内固定取出术围手术期抗菌药物使用率明显下降，由干预前96.29%、94.74%、100%、99.43%，下降至5.56%、14.29%、51.22%、65.22%，差异有统计学意义；乳腺、腹股沟疝、内固定取出术围手术期平均抗菌药物使用金额分别由263.63、866.01、1334.18元，下降至38.15、448.51、556.33元，差异有统计学意义。结论综合干预管理措施有成效。%Objective To explore the surgical typeⅠincision operation of perioperative prevention intervention in the management of the effectiveness of application of antimicrobial agents. Method To floor 2010 surgical thyroid, breast, inguinal hernia, internal fixation, use four type Ⅰ incision operation before all the medical records of 291 cases of intervention group, with 2012 levels all surgery 266 cases as group after the intervention, the use of antibacterial agents in analysis before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention of thyroid, breast, inguinal hernia, internal fixation of perioperative antimicrobial use utilization rate significantly decreased, from 96.29%before intervention, 94.74%, 100%, 99.43%to 5.56%, 14.29%, 51.22%, 65.22%, the difference was statistically significant;breast, inguinal hernia, internal fixation with use perioperative antimicrobial drug use amount on average by 263.63 yuan, 866.01 yuan and 866.01 yuan respectively dropped to 38.15 yuan, 448.51 yuan and 556.33 yuan, the difference was statistically significant.
