Objective Investigate in the intramedullary nail ifxation of tibia and ifbula fracture efifcacy and safety. Method 61 patients with tibial fractures were treated with intramedullary nail ifxation for treatment, observation of clinical efifcacy and safety. Results The operation is progressing very well, the average operation time, average amount of bleeding, the average length of stay, the average healing time was(120.5±11.6)minutes,(264.8±69.3)mL,(13.6± 7.8)days,(4.8±3.9)months; 39 cases results as excellent, 21 cases the effect is good, one case the effect is poor; no serious complications. Conclusion Intram edullary nail ifxation treatment of tibial bone with fold less trauma, reliable ifxation, fracture healing, fewer complications, have clinical signiifcance.%目的：考察交锁髓内钉内固定法治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效及其安全性。方法对来我院61例胫腓骨骨折患者给予交锁髓内钉内固定法治疗，观察临床疗效及其安全性。结果手术进展非常顺利，平均手术时间、平均出血量、平均住院时间、平均愈合时间分别为（120.5±11.6）min、（264.8±69.3）mL、（13.6±7.8）d、（4.8±3.9）个月；39例效果为优，21例效果为良，1例效果为差；未发生严重的并发症。结论交锁髓内钉内固定法治疗胫腓骨骨具有创伤较小，固定可靠，骨折愈合快，并发症少等优点，具有临床推广的意义。
