METHOD FOR SURGICAL THERAPY OF SUPRASYNDESMODIAL FIBULAR FRACTURES IN COMBINATION WITH THE FRACTURE OF ANTERIOR TIBIAL EDGE

FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: out of posterior-lateral incision, through rupture plane of posterior tibial-fibular ligament it is necessary to fulfill mobilization of the fragment of anterior tibial edge. Then one should carry out fibular osteosynthesis in correct position. Under visual control one should fulfill open reposition of the fragments of anterior tibial edge along with temporary fixation with the help of two needles. Then comes osteosynthesis of anterior tibial edge with a cannulated screw that provides accurate coincidence of the fragments.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;2 dwg
