护士ISO15189培训对检验前质量控制的影响

     

摘要

目的:探讨护理人员进行ISO15189培训对临床检验质量控制的意义。方法回顾性分析泸州医学院检验科2012年1月至6月记录的外科送检标本及拒收的不合格标本。记录ISO15189培训后半年内(2013年1月1日至6月30日)外科送检标本及拒收的不合格标本数。用Poissonχ2检验比较二者间统计学差异。结果培训后不合格标本率为0.094%,与2012年相比(0.0406%),其差异具有统计学意义(χ2=75.5,P=0.000)。培训前后标本不合格的原因分布差异没有统计学意义(χ2=9.712,P=0.205)。不同职称人员引起的不合格标本量均有明显下降,其差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.311,P=0.043)。结论护理人员进行ISO15189培训能有效降低不合格标本率,对临床检验质量控制具有重要意义。%Objective To investigate the effect of ISO15189 training of nursing staff on the pre-analysis quality control. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the all specimen and the refused specimen from department of surgery in January 2012 to June 2012. After ISO15189 training, recorded the specimen and the refused specimen in next six months (2013.1.1-2013.6.30). The difference between two groups was compared by Poissonχ2 test. Results After training, the ratio unqualiifed specimen decreased from 0.406%to 0.094%with statistically signiifcance (χ2=75.5, P=0.000). There was no statistical differences in distribution of the cause of unqualiifed specimen in two groups (χ2=9.712, P=0.205). Compared before training, the quantity of unqualiifed specimen caused by difference qualiifcation nurse decreased signiifcantly. Conclusion ISO15189 training of nurse could obviously decrease the ratio of unqualiifed samples.
