子宫收缩乏力所致产后出血的临床护理配合

Objective Discussion of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony clinical care of patients with methods and effects.Method Our hospital in December 2012 - December 2013 received postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony 50 patients for the study, a retrospective analysis of the clinical data, summarize clinical care methods and results.Results The group of 50 patients after clinical intensive care, 50 cases were cured, the cure rate was 100.0%, the late follow-up results were satisfactory.Conclusions Postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony patients should be based on prevention and good perinatal care, in order to optimize the therapeutic effect.%目的：探讨子宫收缩乏力所致产后出血患者的临床护理方法与效果。方法选取我院2012年12月至2013年12月接收的子宫收缩乏力所致产后出血患者50例为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料，总结临床护理方法与效果。结果本组50例患者经临床精心护理后，50例治愈出院，治愈率为100.0%，后期随访效果满意。结论子宫收缩乏力所致产后出血患者应以预防为主，并做好围生期护理，以优化治疗效果。
