西帕依固龈液应用于单纯性牙龈炎与牙周炎的临床疗效与菌斑抑制情况分析

摘要

Objective Analysis Xipayi mouth liquid used in simple gingivitis and periodontitis clinical efifcacy and plaque inhibition.Methods 64 cases of simple clinical gingivitis and periodontitis were randomly divided into study group and control two groups of 32 people; among a random group using mouthwash does not contain the active ingredient, the study group was using Xipayi mouth; patients before treatment and after treatment to detect patients 1, 2, 3 months gingival index (GI), sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and plaque index (PLI), and the test results were analyzed statistically.Results Before the study group patients 2 and 3 months in patients with gingival index detection (GI), between the sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and plaque index (PLI) signiifcant difference (P>0.05), after treatment 1-3 months of the study group were detected indices were lower than the control group (P<0.05), and this difference in 2-3 months more obvious (P<0.01).Conclusion Xipayi mouth was not only effective treatment of simple gingivitis and periodontitis , and the long-term protection of patients and reduce the risk of recurrence of the disease, improve the treatment experience of patients and reduce the cost of treating patients for clinical the promotion of the use.%目的：分析西帕依固龈液应用于单纯性牙龈炎与牙周炎的临床疗效与菌斑抑制情况。方法将64例单纯性牙龈炎与牙周炎临床患者随机分为研究组和对照两组，每组32例；其中随机组采用不含有效成分的漱口水，研究组采用西帕依固龈液；在患者治疗前和治疗后1、2、3个月检测患者的牙龈指数（GI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）以及菌斑指数（PLI），并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果研究组患者治疗前1、2、3个月检测患者的牙龈指数（GI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）以及菌斑指数（PLI）之间无明显差异（P＞0.05），治疗后1~3个月研究组患者的各项检测指数均低于对照组（P＜0.05），且在2~3个月中此种差异愈加明显（P＜0.01）。结论西帕依固龈液不仅能够有效的治疗单纯性牙龈炎与牙周炎，并且能够长期保护患者，降低疾病的复发概率，有效提高患者的治疗效果，降低了患者的治疗成本，适合在临床上推广使用。
