某铁路支线公司职工2013年～2014年脂肪肝检出率的调查分析

摘要

Objective To understand the health level of railway workers liver system for early detection of the disease, and take effective measures to provide the basis.Methods In 2013, 2014 for two consecutive years of a railroad company line company employees health examination, using Japan Aloka formula of SSD-900 type ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus for all employees to check.Results In 2013, the detection rate of fatty liver was 16.52%, the detection rate of fatty liver was 25.73% in 2014. Increase with age.Conclusion The prevalence rate of fatty liver disease is on the rise. Along with the railway workers health knowledge propaganda and education, so that employees understand the fatty liver, prevent fatty liver.%目的：为了解铁路沿线职工肝脏系统的健康水平，为及早发现疾病并采取有效措施提供依据。方法我所于2013年、2014年连续2年对某铁路支线公司职工进行了健康体检，使用日本阿洛卡公式SSD-900型超声诊断仪对全体职工进行检查。结果2013年脂肪肝的检出率是16.52%，2014年脂肪肝的检出率为25.73%。随年龄的增加而增加。结论脂肪肝的患病率呈上升趋势。应对铁路沿线职工进行健康知识宣传和教育，使职工了解脂肪肝，抵御脂肪肝的发生。
