Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler in the diagnosis of breast lumps. Methods The clinical data of 113 cases of breast lumps female patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were statistically analyzed. Results The judgment of breast lumps sensitivity, speciifcity, and accuracy of high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler were 83.7%, 85.7%, 95.7%; The blood detection rate of breast cancer patients was 97.8% signiifcantly higher than the benign breast patients 61.76%(P<0.05); The the blood of benign breast lumps were mainly with grade 0, Ⅰ, while the breast cancer were mainly grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ level, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). Benign breast lumps R1 (0.52 ± 0.05) was signiifcantly lower than malignant tumors (0.77 ± 0.06) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler is high in the diagnosis of breast lumps, so is worthy of promoting.%目的:探讨高频超声联合彩色多普勒在诊断乳腺肿块中的价值。方法统计分析2012年1月至2014年1月我院收治的113例有乳腺肿块的女性患者的临床资料。结果高频超声联合彩色多普勒对乳腺肿块判断的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为83.7%、85.7%、95.7%;乳腺癌患者的血流检出率97.8%明显比乳腺良性肿瘤患者61.76%高(P<0.05);乳腺良性肿块主要分布着0、Ⅰ级的血流,乳腺癌主要分布着Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级的血流,二者差异显著(P<0.05)。乳腺良性肿块的R1(0.52±0.05)明显比恶性肿块(0.77±0.06)低(P<0.05)。结论高频超声联合彩色多普勒在诊断乳腺肿块中具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。
