高效液相色谱法测定龙凤宝胶囊淫羊藿苷的含量

摘要

目的 建立前龙凤宝胶囊的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱:Waters RP18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(23:77) ,流速:1.0 mL/min ,检测波长:270 nm ,柱温:40℃.结果 淫羊藿苷在10~500μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为99.64%,RSD=0.3%(n=6).结论 该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制.%Objective To set up a method for quality control of Longfengbao Capsule.Method HPLC method was developed to quantitative determination. Column:Waters RP18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm).The mobilic phase: acetonitrile-Water(23:77). Flow rate: 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength for detection: 270 nm, The column temperature: 40℃.Results The calibration curve of Icariin had a good linear relationship in the range of 10~500 μg/mL(r=0.9999); the average of recovery was 99.64%, the RSD was 0.3%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproductive. It can be used for quality control of this preparation.
