青光眼治疗中复合式小梁切除术治疗的临床价值分析

摘要

Objective To summarize the clinical value of the compound during the treatment of glaucoma trabeculectomy.Methods According to the difference of the 120 cases of surgical glaucoma, 60 cases were divided into observation group and the control group of 60 patients in the control group were treated with traditional trabeculectomy surgery.Results The postoperative functional follicles forming rate and postoperative IOP control were signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference was signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional trabeculectomy, composite trabeculectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative shallow anterior chamber, effectively control IOP.%目的 分析总结青光眼治疗过程中复合式小梁切除术的临床价值.方法 按照手术方式的区别将120例青光眼病例分为观察组60例与对照组60例,对照组患者给予传统小梁切除手术治疗.结果 观察组患者术后功能性滤泡的成形率及术后眼压控制率均显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05).结论 与常规小梁切除术相比,复合式小梁切除术能够有效降低术后浅前房发生率,有效控制术后眼压.
