立体定向放疗与三维适形放疗治疗肺癌脑转移瘤的临床效果分析

ObjectiveAnalysis of stereotactic radiotherapy and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for lung cancer with brain metastases clinical results.MethodsA retrospective analysis of March 2013 - March 2014 our hospital 66 cases of lung cancer with brain metastases clinical data of patients, according to the different methods of radiotherapy patients were divided into two groups, control group patients to take three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, patients take study stereotactic radiotherapy treatment efifcacy and survival between the two groups.ResultsStudy Group total effective 81.81%60.60% higher than the control group, the study group and the survival of patients than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). ConclusionStereotactic radiotherapy for brain metastases of lung cancer compared with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy to good effect, to prolong survival in patients with clinical application value.%目的：分析立体定向放疗与三维适形放疗治疗肺癌脑转移瘤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年3月至2014年3月本院收治的肺癌脑转移瘤66例患者临床资料，按照不同放疗方法将患者分成两组，对照组患者采取三维适形放疗治疗，研究组患者采取立体定向放疗治疗，比较两组疗效及生存情况。结果研究组疗效总有效率81.81%大于对照组60.60%，且研究组患者的生存情况明显优于对照组，比较差异均具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论立体定向放疗治疗肺癌脑转移瘤较三维适形放疗治疗效果良好，可延长患者生存期，具临床推广应用价值。
