DHS、PFNA联合外固定架治疗高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效对照性分析

Objective Analysis and comparison of dynamic hip screw (DHS) and the anti-femoral intramedullary nail (PFNA) combined with external fixation of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 68 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients, which were divided into the study group and the control group. PFNA treatment application study group, the control group DHS treatment. Results The study group was 91.18%excellent treatment, significantly higher than the 70.59%(P<0.05). Conclusion PFNA joint external fixator treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures significantly better than DHS.%目的：分析对比动力髋螺钉（DHS）与防旋股骨髓内钉（PFNA）联合外固定架治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法选择68例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者，将其平均分为研究组与对照组。研究组应用PFNA治疗，对照组应用DHS治疗。结果研究组治疗的优良率为91.18%，显著高于对照组的70.59%（P＜0.05）。结论 PFNA联合外固定架治疗高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效显著优于DHS。
