目的：探讨甲硝唑联合左氧氟沙星治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染的效果。方法240例幽门螺旋杆菌感染的胃溃疡患者按随机数字表法分为120例研究组组120例对照组。对照组给予左氧氟沙星、枸橼酸铋钾、奥美拉唑三联抗溃疡治疗，研究组给予甲硝唑、左氧氟沙星、枸橼酸铋钾、奥美拉唑四联抗溃疡治疗。结果研究组和对照组胃溃疡治愈率92.5%、100%，相应的HP根除率分别6.7%、70.8%；治疗后胃溃疡症状评分为（1.6±0.1）、（2.5±0.8）；以上比较均有差异（P＜0.05）。结论本研究认为甲硝唑、左氧氟沙星、枸橼酸铋钾及奥美拉唑四联抗幽门螺旋杆菌感染所致的消化性溃疡治疗疗效肯定。%Objective To discuss the effect of the treatment of Helicobacter Pylori infection by metronidazole combined with levolfoxacin.Methods 240 cases of gastric ulcer patients who were infected by Helicobacter Pylori were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group with 120 cases each. Control group received the triple therapy of levolfoxacin, bismuth potassium citrate, and omeprazole; while study group received quadraple therapy of metronidazole, levolfoxacin, bismuth potassium citrate, and omeprazole.Results The gastric ulcer cure rate of study group and control group were 92.5% and 100%; and HP eradication rate of two groups were respectively 76.7% and 70.8%. Post-treatment gastric ulcer symptoms score of two groups were respectively (1.6±0.1) and (2.5±0.8); above all had differences(P<0.05).Conclusion This study suggests that the quadruple anti-ulcer treatment of metronidazole, levolfoxacin, bismuth potassium citrate and omeprazole is effective for gastric ulcer caused by Helicobacter Pylori infection.
