护理干预对老年高血压病治疗作用及预后的影响研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention for the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and prognosis.Methods 80 cases of elderly hypertensive patients, divided into a control group and observation group 40 cases, which controls the use of routine care, the observation group using nursing intervention.Results In the blood pressure, improve magnitude higher than the observation group,P<0.05; in quality of life scores, the observation group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion The elderly hypertensive patients using nursing intervention can effectively aid the patient in stable condition to enhance the effectiveness and improve the quality of life.%目的：探讨护理干预对老年高血压病治疗作用及预后的影响。方法研究我院2014年7月至2015年11月收治的老年高血压患者80例，分为对照组和观察组各40例，其中对照组运用常规护理，观察组运用护理干预，分析两组患者护理效果差异。结果在血压情况上，观察组改善幅度高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05；在生活质量评分上，观察组高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论老年高血压患者中运用护理干预可以有效的辅助患者提升病情稳定效果，提高生活质量。
