阿昔洛韦联合喜炎平治疗小儿手足口病的临床观察

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) by acyclovir combined with Xiyanping. Methods 200 cases of HFMD were selected and randomly divided into simple medication group(100 cases) and combination medication group(100 cases). The former received acyclovir and the latter received acyclovir combined with Xiyanping, analysis of the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results The healing time, clinical treatment effect, clinical symptoms remission time, and treatment satisfaction of combination medication group were signiifcantly superior to simple medication group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For HFMD patients, acyclovir combined with Xiyanping can effectively shorten healing time, improve clinical effects, promote clinical symptoms remission, increase treatment satisfaction and is highly secure. It can be accordingly applied.%目的：对阿昔洛韦联合喜炎平治疗小儿手足口病的临床治疗效果进行分析。方法选取小儿手足口病患者200例，随机进行分组，单纯组100例，给予单纯阿昔洛韦注射液治疗；联合组100例，给予阿昔洛韦注射液联合喜炎平注射液治疗，分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果联合组患儿的治愈时间、临床治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间、治疗满意度均显著优越于单纯组患儿，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对于小儿手足口病患儿在应用阿昔洛韦基础上联合喜炎平治疗，可有效的缩短治愈时间，提高临床治疗效果，促进患儿的临床症状缓解，提高治疗满意度，安全有效性好，可依据患儿的情况应用治疗。
