目的：对比分析腹腔镜和开腹手术在早期子宫内膜癌治疗中的临床效果。方法择选42例早期子宫内膜癌患者，按随机数字表法将全部患者分成两组，即甲组与乙组，分别给予腹腔镜手术、开腹手术治疗，且对两组患者的治疗情况进行比较。结果经治疗后，甲组中患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间以及住院时间等均少于/低于乙组患者，存在显著性的差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在临床上采取腹腔镜手术对早期子宫内膜癌进行治疗，疗效更为确切，且住院时间短，值得大力推广。%Objective Comparative analysis of laparoscopic and open operation in the early clinical effect in the treatment of endometrial carcinoma.Method Select 42 cases of patients with early-stage endometrial cancer, according to the random number table method all patients were divided into two groups, group A and group B, were given laparoscopic operation, open operation treatment, and the treatment of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, group A patients with operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay time were less than group B patients/below, there were significant differences, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical use for early endometrial carcinoma were treated by laparoscopic operation, effect more precise, and the hospitalization time is short, it is worth to popularize.
