目的：观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的110例脑血栓患者的临床资料，将其分为观察组与对照组，各55例，对照组予以血塞通注射液治疗，观察组予以丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗，观察比较两组治疗临床效果。结果观察组患者的脑血栓症状改善明显总有效率（90.91%）明显高于对照组（81.82%），差异显著（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者的VA、BA血流速度都得到改善，且观察组的改善幅度明显优胜于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑血栓具有十分理想的效果，临床应用价值高。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of cerebral thrombosis by Danshen Ligustrazine Injection.Methods Clinical data of 110 cases of cerebral thrombosis were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group and control group, 55 cases each. Control group was given Xuesaitong injection, while observation group was given Danshen Ligustrazine injection, the clinical effect was observed between the two groups. Results The symptoms of cerebral symptoms in observation group with a total effective rate (90.91%) significantly higher than the control group (81.82%); meanwhile VA and BA blood flow velocity of two groups after treatment both improved, and the magnitude of the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of cerebral thrombosis by Danshen Ligustrazine injection has a very good effect and high clinical value.
