浅谈处方点评在合理用药中的作用

摘要

Objective To further improve the quality of prescription to periodic outpatient pediatric prescription reviews.Methods Extracted 2656 prescription were analyzed inductively the standardization of prescription, medication suitability and exceptional situation.Results Prescription the percent of pass was 93.90%, unqualified rate was 6.1%, among them normative prescription 24.70%, inappropriate prescription 75.30% and no found extraordinary prescription; essential drugs utilization rate was 32.56%; the usage of antibiotics rate was 37.93%; the proportion of injection prescription was 66.33%. Conclusion Strengthen prescription reviews can promote the rational drug use, reduce medical risks, improve the clinical medication safety.%目的 对阶段性门诊儿科的处方进行点评,为进一步提高处方质量.方法 抽取儿科处方2656张,对处方的规范性、用药适宜性及超常情况进行归纳分析.结果 处方的合格率为93.9%,不合理率为6.1%,其中,不规范处方24.70%,不适宜处方75.30%,未发现超常处方;基本药物的使用率为32.56%;抗菌药物的使用率为37.93%;注射剂处方的比例为66.33%.结论 加强处方点评能促进合理用药,减少医疗风险,提高临床用药安全.
