建立了血液中加巴比妥、苯巴比妥、异戊巴比妥、司可巴比妥四种巴比妥类药物的固相萃取前处理方法及液质联用分析方法.研究了酸性、中性、碱性提取条件及选用几种不同固相萃取柱,结果表明pH=4的酸性提取条件下及HLB固相萃取柱较优.四种巴比妥类药物的液质分析检出限是巴比妥(5 ng/mL)、苯巴比妥(10 ng/mL)、异戊巴比妥(2 ng/mL)、司可巴比妥(5 ng/mL),线性范围是10~250 ng/mL.该方法简单易操作,回收率高,为血液中巴比妥类药物的定性定量分析提供了参考.%A solid phase extraction (SPE) method for the determination of four barbiturates such as barbiturate, phenobarbital, isopentobarbital and sparkobarbital (Sparbital) in blood was established. The acid, neutral and alkaline extraction conditions were studied and several different solid phase extraction columns were selected. The results showed that the pH=4 acid extraction condition and HLB solid phase extraction column was better. The minimum detection limit of of the four barbiturates was barbiturate (5 ng/mL), phenobarbital (10 ng/mL), isopentobarbital (2 ng/mL), secobarbital (5 ng/mL), and the linear range was 10~250 ng/mL. The method was simple and easy to operate, and the recovery rate was high, which provided a reference for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the blood barbiturates.
