荧光光度法测定天然水中痕量的苯酚和苯胺

         

摘要

建立了一种荧光法直接测定苯酚和苯胺的新方法,对影响荧光强度的介质酸度、温度、稳定时间及共存物质的干扰情况作了详细的讨论。实验结果表明,25℃时,在pH=6.86的磷酸氢二钠-磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液中,分别在波长λex/λem=270/298 nm和λex/λem=280/340 nm处,对苯酚和苯胺进行测定时效果最好。其线性范围均为0.1~6.0μg/mL,检出限分别为2.0 ng/mL和3.6ng/mL,回收率为98.0%~101.6%。该法成功地用于天然水中苯酚和苯胺的测定。%A new sepectrofluorimetric determination of phenol and aniline was porposed.The effluence of acidity,temperature and the stable time of the solution were discussed,and at the same time,the interference of coexistence substance was also discussed.The results demonstrated that both of the phenol and aniline had the maximum fluorescence intensity in the pH=6.86 Na2HPO4-KH2PO4 buffer solution at 25 ℃.The optimum excitation and emission wavelength of phenol and aniline were λex/λem=270/298 nm and λex/λem=280/340 nm,respectively.Under optimum conditions,the fluorescence intensities were linear with concentration of phenol and aniline in a range of 0.5 to 6.0 μg·mL-1.The detection limit of the method for phenol and aniline were 2.0 ng/mL and 3.6 ng/mL,respectively.The recovery was 98.0%~101.6%.This method was successfully applied to the determination of phenol and aniline in natural water.
