生物工程专业化工原理课程教学改革探索与思考

摘要

Chemical engineering principle was an important basic course for bioengineering major.It was a bridge between basic course and professional course,and science and engineering.The main task of the course was that using some natural principles of science to research the basic principle of the units of operates and the priciples of the structure of process equipments,to get out the calculation and selection of process equipments,and strengthen approach of production process,and raise the equipment capacity and efficiency,while point out the measures for cost reduction.Chemical engineering principle teaching was explored combined with the characteristics of bioengineering,and obtained good effects.%化工原理是生物工程专业的基础技术课,它在基础课与专业课之间,起着承前启后,由＂理＂及＂工＂的桥梁作用。主要任务是研究生物过程中常见的单元操作的基本原理,典型设备的构造及工艺尺寸的计算或选型,指出强化生产过程的途径和提高设备能力,效率以及降低成本的措施。本文结合生物工程专业的特点,对化工原理课程的教学进行了探索,收到了较好的效果。
