The cultivating of the students＇ exploring spirit was the premise of cultivating the innovation spirit.The following measures should be taken to cultivate the exploring spirit of students in inorganic chemistry experiment teaching,such as designing experiment content reasonably,encouraging students to explore during the teaching,guiding students to improve the experiment approaches in the right opportunity and summarizing after the experiment.%培养学生的探究精神是培养创新精神的前提。在无机化学实验教学中培养学生的探究精神应当采取以下措施：合理设置实验内容,在实验教学过程中鼓励学生进行探究,适当引导学生改进实验方法,加强实验后的总结。
