杂多酸/PANI/TiO_2复合材料的制备及光催化性能

         

摘要

以(NH4)2S2O8为氧化剂,制备了PMo10V2/PANI/TiO2复合材料,通过UV-Vis对其结构进行了表征。以PMo10V2/PANI/TiO2为催化剂,在紫外灯辐射下,研究了模拟染料废水甲基紫溶液的光催化降解的反应,讨论了催化剂投加量、甲基紫溶液的初始浓度、酸度等对催化脱色效果的影响。结果表明,50 mL的甲基紫溶液在紫外灯辐射下最佳的浓度为10 mg/L,催化剂用量为0.01 g/L,溶液酸度为pH=4;甲基紫的降解率可达97.0%。%The composite PMo10V2/PANI/TiO2 was prepared with(NH4)2S2O8 as an oxidant,and characterized by UV-Vis.The PMo10V2/PANI/TiO2 was researched as the photocatalyst to degradation of the methyl violet in solution under the UV ray.The effects of the catalyst quantity,the initial concentration of the methyl violet and the solution pH on decolorizing efficiency of the solution were discussed in detail.The results showed the optimum catalytic conditions were that the optimum concentration of the 50 mL methyl violet was 10 mg/L with ultraviolet radiation,the amount of catalyst was 0.01 g/L and the pH value of the solution was 4,and the deceleration rate of methyl violet achieved 97.0%.
