2,4-二氯苯甲醛肟与氯乙酸在乙腈中反应生成2,4-二氯苯甲醛肟氧基乙酸。探讨了反应溶剂、反应物的物质的量的比、反应时间等因素对产品产率的影响。实验表明:2,4-二氯苯甲醛肟、氯乙酸、氢氧化钠物质的量的比为1∶2∶3.1,反应时间为4 h时,产品的产率达到62.8%。产品进行了红外光谱、1H NMR、紫外-可见光谱分析。%The target compound was synthesized with 2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde oxime and chloroacetic acid in acetonitrile.The influence of the factors of solvent,molar ratio of the reagent,and the reaction time on the product yield was discussed.The experimental results showed that when the molar ratio of n(2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde oxime):n(chloroacetic acid):n(sodium hydroxide)was 1: 2:3.1,and the reaction time was 4 h,the yield can reach 62.8%.2,4-dichlorobenzylideneaminooxy acetic acid was characterized by melting point,IR,1H NMR and UV-vis spectroscopy.
