“区园企校”四方参与的化工类人才评价体系的构建

摘要

围绕扬州工业职业技术学院化工类专业人才评价体系的构建中，牢固树立“以人为本”的评价理念，建立以产业园区、企业等教育系统外部的社会力量指导为核心的全方位评价体系，从而提升学生综合素质，提高学校的教学水平，提升社会服务能力，最终达到多方共赢，促进地方区域经济的发展。%The construction of the evaluation system on the talents of chemistry in Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute was concentrated.Based on the evalation concept ‘People Oriented ’ , the overall evaluation system focused on the instruction from the social power of the ‘Industrial Park ’ and the enterprises outside the educational system was established.It can improve the students ’ comprehensive quality , the teaching levels of the school and the ability of the social service.Eventually , the construction would benefit many areas and promote the development of the regional economy.
