采用反相微乳液法制备SiO2包覆吖啶黄、吖啶橙、藏红O、茜素红、曙红Y五染料的荧光纳米粒子,探究其荧光光谱,并与染料自身的荧光光谱比较发现五种染料中, SiO2粒子包覆的吖啶种黄颗粒其荧光强度提高了约1.5倍,其他四种被SiO2包覆的染料的荧光强度较其自身的荧光强度有很大程度的降低,且主峰峰位有一定的偏移。对筛选出SiO2包覆的吖啶黄进行电镜分析,显示其粒径约30~50 nm,且单一不分散,说明吖啶黄不容易受环境影响,其合适的粒径有望应用在生物标记、细胞成像等生物领域。%SiO2 coated alkaline acridine yellow, acridine orange, safranine O, alizarin red, eosin Y were prepared by a reverse microemulsion method. It was explored by the fluorescence spectrum of various dyes/SiO2 nanopariticles compared with the sole dye. Experiments proved that the fluorescence spectrum whose dye covered with SiO2 particle had great degree reduction as well as peak deviation to some extent than that of single dye. However, it had negligible influence on PL spectra of acridine yellow/SiO2. It made a research on the structure of acridine yellow/SiO2 , and found that the size of red phosphors was 30 ~50 μm. It will have great significance on biology labeling and cell imaging analysis.
