地方本科院校转型过程存在的问题探究

摘要

地方本科院校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分，实行分类办学以适应社会需求是必然趋势，但在其转型发展过程中，尚存在办学定位不科学、学科专业无特色、区域服务性差、师资结构不合理、应用技术型设备投入不足等诸多问题。基于此，本文对地方本科院校在转型发展过程存在的问题进行深入探究，对地方本科院校的特色发展和成功转型具有重要的现实指导意义。%As an important part of Chinese higher education, it is an inevitable trend of classification school of local colleges to meet the needs of society. But there are still many issues in this process, such as unscientific school orientation, featureless disciplines, bad regional service, unreasonable teachers’ structure, inadequate investment of technology-based equipment, and so on. Based on these contradictions, the problems arised in the process of local college reformation were explored and discussed, which had important practical significance to the scccessful transformation and features development of local colleges.
