ZnO晶体的水热法制备及性质研究

     

摘要

Chosing Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and NaOH as the main raw to prepare ZnO crystals in autoclavematerial under hydrothermal method, the influence of experimental conditions on ZnO crystal yield, the effects of the type of surfactant and the pH value were discussed. The infrared spectrometer of ZnO crystal and the size of ZnO particle were detected. From the study it was summerized that the amount of surfactant had important affection on the dispertion properties of ZnO crystals. The experimental results showed that the ZnO provided in this study can be obtained in high purity. The amount of surfactants, polyethylene glycol-600 dispersed in water had important influence on ZnO crystals.%采用水热法,以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和NaOH为主要原料,加入表面活性剂,在高压反应釜中制得ZnO晶体。研究实验条件对ZnO晶体产率的影响;同时讨论了表面活性剂的种类及溶液pH对ZnO晶体产率的影响;利用红外光谱仪测量ZnO晶体的振动光谱,并利用粒度分析仪,研究表面活性剂的加入量对ZnO晶体分散性能的影响。实验表明,以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和NaOH为主要原料,采用水热法,可以制得高纯度的ZnO晶体;表面活性剂聚乙二醇-600的加入量对ZnO晶体在水中的分散有重要的影响。
