发酵工程教学与考试改革的实践与思考

摘要

Fermentation engineering courses are core biological engineering courses.Traditional teaching process, teaching of course theory and content, teaching methods and professional examinations are primarily oriented to the main content of the book, with the teacher teaching theory in the form of imparting knowledge.With the recent advances in the development of the bio-chemical industry and industrial technology, such teaching strategies for students have certain limitations with exam-independent innovation capabilities.On the basis of a study whereby 108 students in our Bioengineering and Biotechnology Professional program in the 2011 academic year which were asked about, the problems of teaching and examinations in fermentation engineering , appropriate teaching reform practice, preliminary education and examination reform were made.These reforms had importance for both theoretical significance and practical innovation.%发酵工程课程是生物工程专业的核心课程。传统教学过程中，该课程的教学理论、教学内容、教学方法以及专业考试内容主要以书籍内容为主，教师以理论讲授的形式传授知识。随着生物化工行业的发展及产业技术的进步，该类教学方式与考试策略对于培养学生自主创新能力有一定的局限性。本文根据学生提出关于“发酵工程”课程教学与考试存在的问题，从本校教学实际情况出发，通过对我校2011级生物工程与生物技术专业108名学生的教学，做出了相应的教学改革与实践，并对教学与考试方式作了初步改革，具有一定的理论和实践创新意义。
