天麻素提取工艺研究进展

摘要

天麻是一味常用而较名贵的中药，从天麻中可以提炼出多种化学成分，其中活性成分含量最高的有效单体是天麻素。本文归纳并评述了近年来关于天麻中天麻素的几种主要的提取方法。提取技术主要包括溶剂回流提取法、酶解提取法、超声提取法、微波提取法，并比较了各方法的优劣性。%Gastrodia elata is a kind of commonly used and expensive traditional Chinese medicine, can extract many kinds of chemical composition, and the highest levels of active ingredients is gastrodin.Some methods of extraction Gastrodin in recent yearswere summarized and reviewed.The main extraction techniques were refluxing extraction, enzymolysis extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction, their merits were compared.
