以工业钛液为原料水热合成出TiO2前驱体。用XRD、粒度分布、 FT-IR对样品进行了表征,并以亚甲基蓝光催化降解体系评价了其光催化活性。研究结果表明,随着工业钛液浓度的增大,前驱体的晶粒尺寸无明显变化,粒度总体上呈减小的趋势。衍射结果表明前驱体已经具有锐钛型结构,这使得其具有一定光催化活性,由于未经热处理,结晶度较低,光催化活性较低。%Titania precursor was synthesized via hydrothermal route from industrial titanyl sulfate solution. The as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, particle size test, and its photocatalytic activity was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue. As the titanium concentration increasing, the crystal sizes of precursor with little changes, particle size decreased gradually. Diffraction results showed that precursor had anatase structure, which made it had the certain photocatalytic activity. But lower crystallinity, without heat treatment, leaded to lower photocatalytic activity.
