药物是关乎人的身体健康和生命安全的特殊商品。随着人民生活水平的不断提高和医疗卫生改革的不断深入，药物分析正发挥着越来越重要的作用。而分光光度法以其仪器设备简单价廉、操作方便、灵敏度高等特点，在药物分析中的应用一直不容忽视。本文介绍了基于Fe2＋的显色反应测定还原性药物的原理以及在不同类型的还原性药物含量测定方面的研究进展，并展望了其未来发展方向。%Drug is a special commodity and is related to the health and safety of people.With the continuous improvement of people's living standard and health care reforming, pharmaceutical analysis is playing a more and more important role.Spectrophotometry, because of its simple equipment, convenient operation, high sensitivity, has not to be ignored in drug analysis.The principles and applications of spectrophotometric determinations of reductive drugs based on the chromogenic reaction of Fe2+were reviewed, and the future for the determination of reductive drugs was prospected.
