高职石油加工生产技术专业工学结合人才培养模式探析

摘要

With the rapid development of Xinjiang petroleum and petrochemical industry, a lot of oil chemical industry in the production of professional and technical needed high skilled talents. On the basis of our work-integrated learning personnel training mode, the lesson fusion between higher vocational colleges and the teaching mode was analyzed, the working process of the curriculum system construction,‘Double type’ teachers construction, practice base construction inside and outside the school were expounded, and several shortcomings in the process of implementing were put forward.%随着新疆石油石化工业的快速发展，需要大量懂石油化工生产专业技术的高技能型人才。本文依据本院的工学结合人才培养模式，从“校企共育、教训融合”的教学模式、基于工作过程的课程体系构建、“双师型”师资队伍建设、校内外实训基地建设等方面进行了探析并提出了实施过程中的几点不足。
