纸浆中碱溶性物质对TEMPO氧化针叶浆的影响∗

     

摘要

The effects of pretreatment of NaOH on softwood pulp were investigated by TEMPO/NaBr/NaClO system. Effect was carried out at pH 10 with different NaClO as the increase of oxidation time. Besides, the oxidized xylan was used as accumulation of oxidation product in the filtrate. The results showed, that the lower temperature and NaClO could improve the aldehyde contents, when 17. 5% NaOH was used to swell the pulp, the carboxylate and aldehyde contents changed regularly. Moreover, the oxidization rate and carboxylic group content were reduced significantly when the oxidized xylan was added.%研究浆料经NaOH预处理和未处理在TEMPO/NaBr/NaClO体系的影响, pH为10条件下,探讨NaClO用量、温度、并以氧化木聚糖代替纸浆中氧化降解产物对氧化过程中羧基和醛基的变化规律,结果表明:适当控制低温和较低浓度的NaClO可控制反应产物具有较高的醛基含量;经17.5%NaOH处理,浆料中一些可溶性纤维素和半纤维素除去,氧化反应规律性增强,而氧化木聚糖加入降低了氧化反应速率,羧基含量降低,也证明浆料中可溶性有机物影响浆料的氧化性能。
