虎耳草素的提取工艺及药理作用研究进展∗

摘要

虎耳草素为异香豆素类化合物，具有滋补强壮、止血、止咳等作用，《中华人民共和国药典》收为镇咳祛痰药。本文简要概括了虎耳草素的理化性质、植物来源及资源分布，重点阐述了提取工艺及药理作用，为虎耳草素的资源开发、充分利用及质量控制提供参考与借鉴，并为深入研究其药用活性成分和生物活性成分，从细胞、分子和基因水平阐明作用机理奠定理论基础。%Bergenin has restorative and antitussive effect, as antitussive and expectorative drug in the pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China records. The physicochemical properties and plant source of Bergenin were briefly summarized and the extraction process and pharmacological actions of the recent research were reviewed in detail, which provided references for the further exploitation, utilization and quality control and laid the theoretical foundation for further studying the medicinal active components and bioactive components.
