围绕大学生创新能力培养引领教与学质量提高

摘要

大学生创新能力的培养是多种教学因素综合效应的结果。改革开放以来，大学生教育发展取得了显著成就，但其教育的培养模式、政策环境、教师及学生双方的监督、问责和激励机制等，在教学改革中还需进一步完善和提高。为此，我校以大学生创新能力培养为目标导向，围绕教师如何教，学生怎样学引领教与学互长，在教改实践中进行了一系列创新探索，取得了显著的效果。实践证明，大学生创新能力培养是提高大学生教学质量的关键。%The cultivation of the college students ’innovation ability is the result of the combined effect of many teaching factors. Since the reform and opening , the college students ’education development has made remarkable achievements , but the training mode of education , the policy environment , teachers and students both sides of the supervision , accountability and incentive mechanism , etc., in the reform of teaching still need further perfect and improve.Taking college students ’innovative ability training as objective orientation , a series of innovation in the educational reform practice exploration was made , the remarkable effect was obtained .Practice proved that the college students’innovative ability training was the key to improve the teaching quality of college students .
