高效液相色谱法研究双马来酰亚胺的催化合成

         

摘要

The bismaleimide ( BMI) has been widely used in the area of aviation, machinery, and electronics, for its excellent heat resistant, electrical insulation, good machining property, and dimensional stability. The mesylate was used as the catalyst instead of p-methyl benzenesulfonic acid to synthetize bismaleimide. The experiment results showed that the best BMI synthesize condition were as follows:molar ratio between MA and MDA was 21 , catalyst amount was 4%, with the highest yield of 92%±4%. It was concluded that mesylate was better than p-toluenesulfonic to use as catalyst in the synthesize of BMI.%双马来酰亚胺( BMI)具有优异的耐热性、电绝缘性、耐辐射,良好的力学性能和尺寸稳定性,被广泛应用于航空、航天、机械、电子等工业领域中。文中以顺丁烯二酸酐和4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷为原料,使用甲磺酸作为催化剂,采用一锅法合成BMI。通过对投料比、反应时间等工艺条件进行研究,得出最佳反应工艺条件。结合高效液相实验结果证实,在顺丁烯二酸酐和4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷投料摩尔比为21,催化剂的量为反应物质量的4%时,滴加反应物1 h,反应总时间为3 h,产率最高可达92%依4%,纯度>97%。结果表明在共沸脱水法进行BMI的合成时,甲磺酸作催化剂,合成效果优异。
