介绍了国内外苊的来源、用途、加工及精制情况,重点介绍了苊的加工浓缩、精制工艺,如洗油脱酚脱吡啶浓缩技术、蒸馏与塔内结晶相结合技术( BMC)、萃取蒸馏与二次蒸馏结晶法的多工艺结合技术、“双炉双塔”固化加工技术、逐步升温乳化结晶技术、减压蒸馏和溶剂萃取结晶技术、精馏-共沸精馏-重结晶工艺。以寻找低能耗、工艺条件温和、苊提取收益高、循环利用、绿色环保的工艺方案及发展方向。%The domestic and foreign sources of acenaphthene, uses, processing and refining were introduced. It acenaphthene processing and refining technology were mainly discussed, such as washing oil removing phenol pyridine enrichment technology, combined with the tower of distillation and crystallization technology ( BMC ) , extractive distillation and quadratic distillation crystallization process of the technology, gradually warming emulsification technology, vacuum distillation and solvent extraction crystallization technology, "twin towers" double furnace curing processing technology, the enrichment of azeotropic distillation with multiple recrystallization technology. The major purpose was to look for low energy consumption, mild process conditions, high acenaphthene extraction yield, the processing plan of recycling of green environmental protection and the development direction.
