文章阐述了化学制药企业面临的废气VOC整治压力,介绍了RTO蓄热焚烧炉和VAR直燃炉的工作原理、适用范围,以及化学制药企业VOC废气种类,提出RTO和VAR焚烧炉组合应用治理化学制药各过程废气的可行性,并对某化学制药企业RTO焚烧炉和VAR焚烧炉的运行效率、运行参数、运行费用进行了分析总结,证实了RTO和VAR的组合可以成功实施,彻底解决制药企业废气问题。%A dilemma that chemical pharmaceutical industry confronts with in treatment of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) was discussed.The work principle and application of Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) were explained, and a kind of direct burn oven named VAR was also introduced .Based on the categories of VOC in chemical pharmaceutical industry , a solution for VOC treatment was raised by a combination application of RTO and VAR .An application case was given to prove that this combination application was feasible in its efficiency , process parameter and cost .
