分子筛在有机硅环体中的功能及应用研究

         

摘要

The use of a variety of media to the effect of adsorption purification silicone ring of the experiment was described, which discovered 4A aluminum silicate molecular sieve having a significant effect, the number and content of impurity peaks reduced.Based on explore in the between flow rate, temperature and the ratio of the ring body and media, which the optimum conditions were velocity 0.05 cm/s, temperature 60 ℃, the ratio 400:1.The purified product testing analysis and application tests found that the water content decreased, the molecular weight rise, mixing performance rise, which showed that the treated molecular sieve product had a good performance and practicality.Additionally, activation of molecular sieve was discussed in order to achieve recycling.%采用多种介质对有机硅环体的吸附纯化效果进行实验,发现4A 硅酸铝分子筛具有明显的效果,其杂峰个数和含量均得到减少。通过对环体与介质之间的流速、温度和比例关系进行摸索,最佳工艺条件是流速0.05 cm/s、温度60℃、比例400:1。并且对纯化的产品进行检测分析和应用试验,发现水含量下降、分子量上升,混炼性能提升,由此表明,分子筛处理的产品具有良好的性能和实用性。此外,本文对分子筛活化进行探讨,以便实现循环使用。
